Her research is mainly on the heat and mass transfer in porous media. I am interested in enhancing oil recovery and mitigating carbon emissions via geological sequestration of greenhouse gases in aging oil fields. My research group study on the pore-scale flow mechanisms of multiphase flow (oil, water, and gas) in porous media via micro-flow imaging.
